Originally self-released in 1994 as a 6-song cassette. Reissued by My Mean Magpie as a cassette on 4 October 1998, and as a digital download on 7 November 2004. The digital download available from the Internet Archive contains 10 tracks whereas the one available from Bandcamp contains 11 tracks.

Tracks 3–8 were recorded and mixed at The University of Guelph. All other tracks recorded and mixed on 4-Track.
