Apparently Jack White hid all of the copies of this single inside pieces of furniture restored at his workshop.
Inserts include: "Third Man Upholstery" sticker, Grindstone Textiles sample of "upholstery fabric" (sand paper), Jack White's business card from Third Man Upholstery (signed "III," with hand-colored blood and hand-numbered edition of 133), Muldoon Studio business card, Klomp Upholstering Co. reproduction tag, and a booklet with pictures of Brian and Jack on the job in their upholstery studio.
