This is clearly a major misprint. The name of the band "The Allman Brothers Band" was imprinted on the front and on the back of the gatefold cover. The album is still the original The Velvet Underground & Nico, in the 2008 reissued version. The cover is missing the sticker of the yellow banana.
Never been on sale in official stores.
