Both sides offer a radio ad for the third Velvet Underground album, read by New York deejay Bill 'Rosko' Mercer with excerpts of "I'm Set Free," "What Goes On," and "Beginning To See The Light."

It has a photograph by Billy Name (same as on third LP front cover, but with the Bazaar magazine un-retouched).
