Bootleg containing some of the tracks that were recorded by the Velvet Underground at the Record Plant Studio in NYC between may and October 1969. It contains very rough material that was supposed to be on their fourth Verve/MGM record. The catalog number for this album should have been MGM: SE-4641 but, unfortunately, it was never released.
