Matte clamshell box containing three CDs housed in printed kraft cardboard sleeves, plus an 8-panel folded booklet.
The mould of CD1 variants 1 & 5 and CD2 variant 5 contains a credit to PMDC, USA which was bought by UML in October 1999. It seems that UML used an old CD mould.
