Hand-made sleeve made from grocery bag with poly-lined inner sleeve inside. Bubble Jug artwork is spray-painted on with a stencil.

Vestpocket Psalm artwork may be a photocopy glued on, a hand-decorated panel with metallic letters, or other design.

Vestpocket Psalm side of disc has a printed label with song titles, while the Bubble Jug side is blank white paper (sometimes with the name of the band stamped or hand-written on).

Inside sleeve has nervous.wreck.kids address stamped on it and sometimes a message hand-written in crayon (e.g., "Yoo Hoo" or "Kid Rock").

Comes with photocopied booklet-style insert with lyrics, credits, & artwork.
