Tracks 9 to 10 are from the Factory Benelux "Something Outside" 12", 1983 (FBN 24).

Tracks 11 to 13 are from the July 1983 John Peel session.

Tracks 14 to 15 are from the band's self-financed Scan 45 "On Our Honeymoon" debut 7", 1982 (SCN1).

All tracks licensed from The Wake except tracks 11-13 inclusive licensed from BBC Music.
Tracks 1 to 8 recorded at Strawberry Studios, Stockport, October 1982.
Tracks 9 and 10 recorded at Revolutions Studio, Cheadle Hulme, May 1983.
Tracks 11-13 recorded at Maida Vale 4 on 6 July 1983 for the John Peel Show.
Tracks 14 and 15 recorded at Wilf's Planet, Edinburgh.

Some of the running times given on the release cover/in the booklet are incorrect, as on the earlier LTM release. "The Old Men" runs 6:07, not 5:50; "Chance" runs 3:22, not 3:47.

Initial copies came in a dark green cardboard wrapper with golden "benelux" logo. Back reads A Factory Benelux Edition.
