• PRO Canada SDE logo on J-card flap and inside credits panel.
• Incorrect recording info on the inside credits panel, which lists "Songs 6, 7, 8 recorded live" instead of tracks A1, A2, and A3.
Another version has the Side 1 and Side 2 tracks reversed on the insert with correct recording credits (with "Headjob" beginning side 2 as track 6), and no "PRO Canada SDE" logos.
