300 copies pressed on black. Photocopied fold-over cover with lyrics and photos on the inside, hand numbered in pen on rear sleeve out of 500. Includes "Parking Permit" insert.

Side A of the record was pressed badly, but since the band did not get a test press, they found out too late. There was a coupon insert for $1 off the next release, but about 200 copies had them removed by a distro on the East coast.
