Track 8 "Life's A Beach" was originally recorded in 1994 by Tim Freedman's previous band The Olive Branch and appears on Open Up The Sky EP.

Produced and recorded at Alberts, Paradise, 48 Volt, Hipstar Studios and on Roland VS880 at home from May '96 to June '97. Mixed at Alberts except "Up Against the Wall" at Glebe Studio.
