The shell has just the one main front label with no spine label.
This is the original print run from March 1990 with an incorrect cover of coloured faces with clear shading on a clear / coloured background. Upon the group's disapproval of this design, the video was reissued with the originally specified cover of black faces with coloured shading on a black / coloured background, thus corrected artwork.
