The label is red and misspelled as :

BUT HELLO THERE is A1 and A3 is FOUR IN A TANGLE

B is printed as :
B1 : FOUR IN A TANGLE

B3 : THE WAY WE ARE
B4 : HELLO THERE (no "Reprise")

B1 : it's (When Will It Be) RIGHT TIME that is playing

Matrix / Runout (A-Side): TAR 001-A P. DISK SA
Matrix / Runout (B-Side): TAR 001-B P. DISK SA

Side A has no mention of "TAR (LP) 001"
The back has pasted corrections of the misspelled parts of the labels.
Some copies have corrections overglued on the labels.
