Two-track 10" featuring ‘The Messerschmitt Pilots Severed Hand’ and ‘Where Are The Children That Hitler Kissed?’ on one side and an engraving by Billy on the B-side. Both tracks are taken from the 1997 LP The Messerschmitt Pilot's Severed Hand on Damaged Goods.

This record was released in an edition of 500 in total. The first 70 copies were signed by Billy and sent to Berlin for the art exhibition held there, and the cover was made out of two cardboard covers front and back attached with elastic strings. The remaining copies had hand stamped sleeves (Die Abgetrennte Hand Des Messerschmitt-Piloten).
The white die-cut paper inner sleeve has two stickers attached to it.
