Card Insert 1 (10"x10"): "Cut Out & Keep" Theoretical Girl dressing doll on heavy card
Card Insert 2 (20"x10"): Gatefold illustrated heavy card featuring Amy's hand emroidered lyric tapestries for four songs plus a vintage photograph of her parents alongside the album's dedication. Rear of insert details all contributing musicians.
Card Insert 3 (6"x4"): Postcard featuring one of the four lyric tapestries on insert 2. For a very limited period purchasers of the album were able to apply to the record label who would supply copies of the remaining 3 cards for a small fee.

The cover of the album and the booklet both feature illustrations by Luke Drozd, created for the original release of 'Divided'

Richie at Keeble Creative designed and illustrated the bonus items with the album, including the paper doll which features classic outfits and accessories from Theoretical Girl's music videos and four A6 postcards based on original embroideries created by Amy Turnridge.
