1, 3, 8, 10 were on the promotional CD EP "Working Undercover For The Man" released by EMusic.
2, 5, 14, 16, 17, 18 were on the CD included with McSweeney's Issue #6.
11, 12, 13, 15, 19 were part of the online-only release "Long Tall Weekend" from EMusic.
4 was recorded for a series of TV specials produced by Nightline called "Brave New World."
6 was recorded for the NPR radio show "This American Life."
7 was recorded for "TMBG Unlimited", a monthly subscription service through EMusic.
9, 21 were recorded for the graphic design firm The Chopping Block.
20 was recorded outside and live at Columbia University, New York City.
