Early pressings were released as a limited edition gatefold sleeve with an extra 12" featuring four tracks recorded live at Hammersmith Odeon on November 27, 1981. According to the book "Phil Lynott: THE ROCKER", written by Mark Putterford, Lynott insisted that it was released as a gatefold sleeve, but the record company didn't agree because of the high costs. This almost made Lynott leave the band, but later he accepted the limited edition idea.First cat number on the LP, second on the 12".
