Virtually the same release as Thin Lizzy - Jailbreak & Thin Lizzy - Jailbreak, but with different label design due to positioning of '℗ 1976 Phonogram Ltd.' & album title ‘JAILBREAK’ at the same height as the lower tip of the spaceship jet; on some releases even touching it.

This album has a 'Unipak'-style, matte gatefold sleeve [opens from the inside] with only one card layer for the die-cut front lap.

B3 writing credit for (Lynott) on cover, but for (Lynott/Downey) on label.
