Never officially released, and thus has no cover artwork. It was only spread from friend to friend. It is referred to as "Trøndertun" or "The Trøndertun Tape" by the band, this is because it was recorded at a school called Trøndertun Folkehøgskole (a performing arts college of sorts) near Trondheim, Norway.

"Eli Er Stygg" (translated "Eli is Ugly") is a joke song, and is not available on most versions of the tape.
