Issued in a standard jewel case (late 90's grey black tray with deep embossed CD logos top right bottom left) with a single sided bi-fold front insert only.

Most copies have a large orange sticker on the front of the case that says "The Rap Version of JOHNNIE TAYLOR'S Smash Hit "Good Love". Additionally, some copies have a sticker on the front of the case of Three 6 Mafia's "The End" album, that the single is procured from.

Track 1: printed track time is 4:28, but it's recorded from the CD as 4:29.
Track 2: printed track time is 5:05, but it's recorded from the CD as 5:02.
