Released with a one-side printed square insert.
Track title of the B-side label is 'After Cease To Exist' - The Original Soundtrack Of The Coom Tranmission Film (instead of Coum Transmissions).

Fetish Records reissues:
- The first pressing (1978) was limited to 2000 copies, taken from the original Industrial Records plates, which were then destroyed.
- The second Fetish Records pressing (this one), plates recut March 1979, music identical to the original. Quantity released unknown.
- The third pressing (1981), music played backwards and chamber music added to "After Cease To Exist", limited to 2000 copies.
- A final 5000 of this version released in the Five Albums boxed set (1982) in a different black & white sleeve.
