NOTES:
- Only a few of the very first copies made had "Advance Copy" written on the disc face. This was due to the fact that that it had been agreed upon to allow it to be released and mass produced by a label that had been expressing interest since originally released in 2009. Though originally agreed upon, it was canceled, shortly after these were being made and which were intended to be advance copies of. Since the covers and tray cards had been designed and then professionally printed, it was decided upon that these copies would instead go to those who could not obtain one of the original cassette releases, which had made it a highly sought after and asked about release. Though not as powerfully connected to the source as the cassettes, and without having tools and instructions on how to perform the rites that were used to create but also perform along to, it served its intended purpose, albeit in a very minuscule capacity.

- The gatefold artwork within the folded cover of this version does not appear on any of the 50 copies of the cassette release, though it was originally intended to be. Due to size and imagery constraints at that time, it was removed from the final layout and packaging. When this version was decided upon in 2012, the opportunity to present this original imagery along with the ritual rites that the entire recording was created during and centered upon.
