Contrary to rumors circulated online, Javier Van Huss did not play on this recording; he quit the band shortly before the band went in to record and was replaced by Brandan Schieppati. Brandan appears on this release.

Recorded at For The Record (Orange, CA) on July 10 and 11, 1998.
Throwdown recorded 8 songs during this session. 4 were released on this demo tape, the other four were used on their first 7".

There is an alternate version featuring a "Calvin and Hobbes" cover.
