Fit, Fine & Well was recorded in four and a bit days at Crooked Rain Studios in Leeds with Bob Cooper, who also mixed and mastered it. The photography and layout is by Jonathan Minto. Massive thanks to our friends, families and girlfriends for entertaining the ideas of throwing stuff for so long. Thanks to Ste Kent for recording our demos on his own time. Special thanks to The Bennies, Boston Manor and Sam Russo for being great people to share a stage and van with, and to Andy and Bev at TNS for putting the album out.
