It appears that there are 2 numbered limited editions, both originally released in 1999:
First run numbered and limited to 2500 Works In Progress
Second run numbered and limited to 7500 (this release)
The only place that number appears is on the right-hand spine of the jewel case in black print

It is not clear why there were two numbered runs, as The Wayback Machine only ever shows it on sale as a limited edition of 7500 from release in October 1999

The second run was on sale via the RhinoHandMade website until 2006, and it appears that sometime around 2003 a new variant was introduced that had a different glass master Works In Progress
