Recorded live in closed sessions on September 22-25, 1994 in Tampa, Florida.

First pressing of 620 copies. Random mixed color was used by the pressing plant and the colors break down as follows:

-305 copies on grey vinyl
-266 copies on red vinyl
-41 copies on gold vinyl
-6 copies on green vinyl
-2 copies on gold streaked with red vinyl

Since the pressing plant used random mixed vinyl, the shades of each color vary widely.

With 12" x 12" printed insert including a short essay on the history of the project.
