"Manufactured in the USA" is on the back of the gatefold sleeve and each vinyl.
Side A - Blue
Side B - Red
Side C - Gold
Side D - Black
3,000 were pressed by the notorious, now defunct Rainbo Records who managed to mess up the majority of the albums in one way or another. Most of them were warped so when they punched the hole out of the center of the vinyl, it cracked the majority of the records. The story was, they didn't really care too much because they were closing the vinyl pressing plant after this project so there was zero QA or Fs given apparently (The Tipper Team was not aware of this, until after the fact).

A lot of them are out of circulation because of returns/replacements, and for about 2 years, Dave let his fanbase know that if they came to any shows and caught him side stage after his set, he would sign the sleeve or vinyls as an apology (he's a ridiculously private person so this wow'ed a lot of folks)
