This is the same record as Tommy Spanos - The Tommy Spanos Show Volume 1, but with a different cover. The drummer, Dave Vitolka, has been edited out of the front and back picture, and the last paragraph of the back cover notes, which mentioned Dave as accompanying Tommy, has been cut. Instead, Dave has been added to the "Accompanied by" note at the bottom of the back cover. One can only imagine what kind of horrible acts young Dave Vitolka must have committed to be excommunicated so severely!
