Recorded in July 1993 and January 1994. Mixed in August 1993 and July 1994.

Second edition in brown Discfolio with letterpress printed inner sleeve and booklet.
Letterpress-printed die-cut Discfolio machine-numbered 1201-2200, printed in a different color scheme and on different color card stock than the first edition. Includes letterpress-printed Tyvek inner sleeve, and folding insert printed by offset lithography. Additional unnumbered and imprinted copies made for promotion.

First edition: 1,200 with grey cover,
Second edition: 1,000 with brown cover.
