In 1981 Tony Chin was living in the USA and recorded this album for the Epiphany label' while playing and singing in the Soul Syndicate.
This album is rumoured to have been potentially called either Valentine , Tony's middle name, or In Times Like This.
But this album was actually never released, only tests pressings do exist.
Epiphany gave originally the reference ELP 4010 to this record, as seen on the matrix run out; when they decided not to release it, this reference was for Flo & Eddie for their record Rocksteady with Flo & Eddie.
