The EP artwork for this digital version of 'Opiate' first appeared as part of the limited edition CD reissue of 'Opiate - 21st Anniversary' (5000 copies / 5 variations of 1000 each), which was released by Tool Dissectional on March 26th 2013 (61422-31027-2RD3 to RD7).

Track 4 & 5 were recorded live on New Year's Eve, December 31st 1991 at Jellö Loft in Hollywood, CA, USA.
