Errors:
• Paul D'Amour is spelled either Paul Damour or Paul D'Mour.
• Aloke Dutta is mistakenly written as Aloke Dutto
• "Stinkfist" is erroneously spelled "Stink Fist".
• "Message To Harry Manback II" is spelled Messege.
• Tracks 5 and 6 on the CD are switched around on in the liner notes (they are correctly listed here).
• King Buzzo is incorrectly credited as performing on "No Quarter".

"Maynard's Dick" is a hidden track that follows after approx 25 seconds of silence and is not listed in the liner notes.

On the VHS, although listed as beginning with "Sober" and ending with "Ænema", the tape in fact plays in reverse-chronological order.
