This release looks like a sort of US/Europe hybrid:
The dark transparent plastic slipcase I think is the US version because on the back is printed "Manufactured in the United States by Zombo Recording Corporation.", however the original barcode has been covered with a label that shows the barcode of the European version Tool - Lateralus and also the cd is the European version because there is printed "Made in the EU".
In conclusion this release looks like the CD European version with the slipcase of the US version.
On this slipcase track #9 is listed correctly "Lateralus".
