Album consisting of both live performances of the entire Time Tunnel album (referred to in the liner notes as "voices in the hall") interspersed with studio recordings ("voices under the water") Live recordings were taken from the "He Is Back" performance and Time Tunnel Tour. All studio tracks are marked by dashes on either side of the track title.

"voices in the hall" was recorded at the following venues:
Nippon Budokan (May 18, 1998)
Kobe Kokusai Kaikan Harborland Plaza (March 13, 1999)
Kokusai Forum, Tokyo (March 21, 1999)

Track 2-9 is a hidden track (indexed on the CD at #19) placed after 10 silent tracks (each 0:04 in duration).
