Columbia Pitman first-issue green-label pressing, with same label type from Columbia Records Pressing Plant, Santa Maria as Columbia Santa Maria variation, but with differences in layout and other factors accordingly:
- Left and right side label copy closer towards large spindle hole in relation to other pressing where the texts were closer to outer edge of center label
- Logohead on top from actual 45 RPM center label design, as opposed to last few months' of Terre Haute pressings which used label blanks whose top logohead was adapted from LP label design
