Toxikk Deception remains the long term, artistic and sporadic project of Violet Mallory. Creating and producing music for over 10 years, Toxikk Deception has broadened its scope, crafting the further refinement of the Toxikk Deception sound. The latest and best work to date, Harsh Reality, proves this fact to be true. The light future pop melodies found on tracks on the previous album Artificial Intelligence Warfare are not found on Harsh Reality, thus on the new album we find Toxikk Deception exploring the heavier, harsher, more aggressive themes. "Wreckage" a psuedo cover of Toxic Coma's "Pulsar Reactor" opens the way to the second half of Harsh Reality, featuring two additional covers. Harsh Reality exemplifies what Toxikk Deception is all about, as it finds Violet Mallory both revisiting his sinister industrial dance roots as well as pushing the creative boundaries to the fullest extent possible.
