The video menu promotes a June 27th, 2006 release date for "Restless" while the tray card has May 2, 2006 written on it.
The copyright year on the DVD is listed as 2003 (missed the 6 and hit the 3 on number pad?). The tray card has a copyright date of 2005 which is what I used for release date

Menu has 16:38 minutes of audio which are comprised of song snippets, most of which ended up appearing in "Restless".
The video portion contains promotional material relating to Trae and the "Restless" album. The music video for "Swang" is mixed into the video portion.

The promotional music video for "No Help" features a sequence that shows parts of the "Swang" video. Trae can be seen holding a copy of this DVD during that portion of the video.
