Tracks are numbered 1 to 10 on the rear cover, but the CD only has 9 indexes (index 5 contains tracks numbered 5 & 6, total time 11:20).

Exact line-up details are not given on the cover. In the liner notes it lists who the musicians are, but not what they play. This is what is commonly known/documented to be the line-up on the original album tracks...
