Songs from or inspired by the 1973 film The Wicker Man.

Recorded straight off the back of our sessions for 'Fukushima Surfer Boys' during mid-2017 through to early 2019, alongside the as-yet-unreleased new material.

This EP is an exercise in limiting ourselves to pre-determined song structures/melodies and using this as an aid to break out of the confines of our Guitar/Bass/Keys/Drums set up which we can comfortably compose and make music on.

Two version of Hammer & Spike are included in this release to highlight this process, Version 1 is the "acoustic/electric/electronic" groundwork that we laid, with Version 2 being the result of changes in members instruments, or being asked to compose away from their preferred set up.
