In July 1998 "Alchimia" won the national "Rock-Non-Stop" event, held in Porto Sant'Elpidio in the Marche region (Italy).

In October of the same year the group signs a contract with the newspaper "Avvenimenti" for the production and recording of 5 of its own songs which will then be included in the CD attached to the weekly of the same name in November 1998 and published in 50,000 copies.
