Single panel J-card inlay printed to one side only. Black cassette with white paper labels.

This is most likely the first pressing. The J-card is printed on heavier paper than the later pressings. The cassette labels have a different layout than (serif fonts) the others (sans-serif fonts). The cassettes are black with metal screws (next pressings transparent with metal screws and white without screws). The back of the cassette case is black (next pressings black and transparent).
