CD2 is mispressed by Iguana Records. It plays the second half of the East Rutherford concert from June 22, 2001. "The Last Of The Rockstars" was then created to use this mispressed CD. I have seen some sets with a corrected PRO-CDR in place of CD2 and some sets with the mistake CD playing East Rutherford.
