3 12" issued in individual sleeves with their own large sticker affixed and a paper insert each, all withing a cardboard box. This was only available through Bathing Ape stores. Additional text on box cover: "Collection 1: simple soldier's re-operation" & "Apeshallneverkillape". Each 12" is having extra lines on cover stating "compactdiscrandomaccessmemory" & "97899". Lyrics for E1 are written in English and Japanese on the insert of disc 3.
