On black vinyl. Jacket is simply a black paper cover with spray-painted title, insert glued on the backside of it. Insert is almost illegible because it was printed twice, one way upside-down. Song Of The Dead, Pts. I & II was set to tape in late January 2006 in Philadelphia.
