Haruyoshi is a very private song, and I composed and recorded it in a hotel where I was recuperating.
My fiancé and I slept there a lot, and I rested well.
Haruyoshi is in a very bleak part of west Japan.
The English translation is Spring Good Luck, which I thought was very auspicious, so I made it into a song. - Ueda Takayasu
