The Debt is a public art project commissioned by the Ballymun Regeneration Ltd. art commissioning program, Breaking Ground and was funded through Ireland's Department of the Environment and the Per Cent for Art Scheme. In this project, Ultra-red presented a series of collective reflections in Dublin and Los Angeles. Through public performances, talks, and radio broadcasts, The Debt brought together residents from the public housing communities of Ballymun in Dublin and LA's Pico Aliso.Written + produced by U-r.
