This version has a later cover layout, with a different back cover and no Fetus Records credit. Multiple color variations exist, this is the light violet one.

Includes folded, photocopied, double-sided lyric insert with liner notes, a band photo, and artwork. Groundwork credits state the band members are "in the Witness Relocation Program" and so can't release their names.

Different vinyl pressing from earlier versions; record has blank blue and grey labels and large center-holes.

Groundwork recorded and mixed in June of 1993 at Summit Studios in Tucson, Arizona.
