Tracks 1-3 were recorded in early 2004 and were originally released on Under Pressure's split 7" with DFA on Flowerviolence Records.
Tracks 4-6 & 8-10 were records during the Habits sessions in late 2003/early 2004.
Tracks 4 & 5 were originally released on the "World's Gourmet" compilation CD on You Study Records.
Track 6 is previously unreleased.
Track 7 was originally written by Negative FX and recorded by Under Pressure during the "Still No Future" sessions in early 2003 for a forthcoming tribute LP on Podruido Records.
Tracks 8-10 were originally released on Under Pressure's split 7" with Blood I Bleed on Podruido Records. Track 8 was originally written by Jezus and the Gospelfuckers. Under Pressure didn't know the words so made up their own.
Tracks 11-12 were recorded in mid-2005 and appear on Under Pressure's 11-song LP to be released on Sound Pollution Records in early 2006.
