A band that was before it’s time, U.E.B. encompassed all the influences of Discord Records, Revelation Records, Alternative Tentacles Records, and pure talent that set them ahead of everyone else in the Philly Underground scene. It’s a shame the hardcore scene was near dead at the height of their career. A solid E.P. with cover work by Jim Houser.
