On July 12, 1993, Undertow played an eleven song set in the studios of WPSC 88.7FM, which was the radio station of William Paterson University in Wayne, NJ. This set was a part of the "On The Edge" radio show run by Chris Kelly of 97a and Teamwork Records.

From that 1993 recording, this cassette was made for the final Undertow show on June 30th, 2012. 150 copies made for the people who came to the show. Some extra copies were sold through the website of the record label "Dead Accents." Each cover has a, hand painted, spot color.
